Here are our top picks for the coming days:
Kenilworth Castle will once again throw open its doors on Saturday, December 17 for an evening of traditional carols accompanied by Coventry Salvation Army Band.
Organised by Kenilworth Lions, the event will also feature choirs from St Augustine's school and Kenilworth School.
Both Mortimer's Gate and North Gate will open from 5.15pm, and guests are encouraged to walk if they can.
Carols will start from 6pm and the event is expected to finish at around 7pm.
From rural raves and anti-nuclear protests, to the climate emergency and mythical giants, a new exhibition at Warwick Arts Centre presents a surprising and inspiring view of the British landscape.
Entitled Radical Landscapes, the exhibition - which comes from Tate Liverpool - includes over 100 paintings, prints, photographs, textile-based works, sculptures, installations, multi-media pieces spanning a hundred years.
Among the artists featured are late-20th century greats Henry Moore, Graham Sutherland and Eric Ravilious, contemporary artists Jeremy Deller and Tacita Dean, Birmingham-born painter Hurvin Anderson, surrealist Eileen Agar, and film-maker/artist Derek Jarman.
3. Goldilocks and the Three Bears Pantomime
The Talisman Theatre has announced details of this Christmas' much-anticipated pantomime.
With a choice of matinee and evening performances between 16 and 31 December, the Talisman's popular annual foray into panto land reimagines festive favourite 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' as the star attractions of Sopia Semolina Sawdust's carnival.
Combining a troupe of talking bears, a carnival facing bankruptcy and a runaway heiress whose dastardly guardian is intent upon swindling her out of her inheritance, the production will also feature a string of show-stopping song and dance numbers to create the perfect recipe for family fun for all ages.
