Update: Woman missing from Warwick Hospital found 'safe and well'

Marianne Schmitt was reported missing yesterday (October 7)

A 69-year-old woman reported missing from Warwick Hospital yesterday (October 7) has been found "safe and well" by police.

Marianne Schmitt was reported missing by Warwickshire Police having last been seen at the hospital at 2.15pm yesterday.

Police confirmed at 10am this morning that she had been located.

A Warwickshire Police spokesperson said: "Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal to help find Marianne Schmitt, age 69.

"We are pleased to confirm that she has been found safe and well."
