Reliability and trust are proving to be the most important factors in the decisions of homebuyers in Kenilworth, according to Miller Homes.

The national housebuilder, who boasts a 4.3-star rating on TrustPilot and a five-star rating with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for customer satisfaction, is currently building a development of 99 new homes off Glasshouse Lane in Kenilworth.

And customers at the Southcrest Rise development, the first of whom are due to move into their new homes from August, have spoken very highly of the level of professionalism and attention to detail shown by the sales team at the site.

Donna Salmon, head of sales at Miller Homes West Midlands, said: "We understand at a time when the consumer market has become as challenging as ever, that customers want to know they're making a sound investment, especially when it comes to one of, if not the largest commitment you'll make, by purchasing a home.

"We live in a world where reliability and trust is as important to people as location and price when it comes to homeownership, so it has never been more rewarding to read and hear from our customers about the dedicated level of service they are receiving by our sales teams.

"Miller Homes invests in its staff with training and development opportunities, which provides rich rewards in the form of customer feedback, which is a win-win for everyone involved. We know the team at Southcrest Rise have built a great rapport with their customers since we launched the development earlier this year, which has created a lovely environment on which to build this new community in Kenilworth."

Miller Homes' TrustPilot rating is currently at 4.3 out of five.

Of the reviews provided online, one customer who has purchased a home at Southcrest Rise, said: "I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property from Miller Homes, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations.

"I highly recommend Miller Homes, thanks to [development sales manager] Michelle's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction."

The housebuilder is a five-star rated housebuilder by the HBF, via the industry-leading annual National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, a position they've achieved in 11 of the last 12 years.

The yearly survey results measure the performance of housebuilders in a number of categories and provide a barometer of success, which is recognised within the industry as the leading assessment of customer satisfaction and experience.

This year, over 2,000 Miller Homes customers provided a completed survey to the HBF.

The results indicate that more than nine of every ten buyers would recommend Miller Homes to a friend.

Miller Homes is building a collection of two to five-bedroom homes at Southcrest Rise, neighbouring the new Kenilworth School campus, which is due to open in September 2023.

Prices for homes currently start from £358,000.
