Trains to Kenilworth Railway Station will once again be cancelled this November as more strikes have been announced.

No trains will run on the Leamington Spa to Nuneaton line on four days next month - Friday, November 4, Saturday 5, Monday 7 and Wednesday 9 - West Midlands Railway has confirmed.

Friday's service will see members of the TSSA trade union walk out, and there will be no WMR services at all after 7.30pm.

Members of the RMT union will then follow suit for three days, with the operator only running a limited service on some lines.

Jonny Wiseman, WMR customer experience director, said: "It is disappointing that our passengers' journeys will again be impacted by industrial action over the next week.

"A very limited timetable will be in operation on strike days and we are urging passengers to only travel if absolutely necessary.

"The action coincides with the opening of the popular Christmas market in Birmingham and I am urging anyone attending to plan their travel carefully as rail services will be extremely limited."

Some late night and early morning services may also change on days either side of the industrial action.
