This September, The Ivy Collection will open its first Warwickshire brasserie in the heart of historic Stratford-upon-Avon.

Set to be the 47th restaurant in the collection, the restaurant promises to bring its "signature blend of high-quality food, exceptional service and elegant all-day dining experience to the town centre".

Taking over the former Debenhams store, the eatery will offer "sophisticated all-day dining", seven days a week, with space for 154 diners.

Kate Cooper, Restaurant Operating Officer for the North, at The Ivy Collection said: "We're delighted to be opening our doors at The Ivy Stratford-upon-Avon Brasserie and introducing The Ivy Collection to Warwickshire.

"With its unique blend of rich heritage, culture and enduring appeal, Stratford-upon-Avon perfectly reflects the spirit of The Ivy and we couldn't imagine a better setting for our newest brasserie.
