Ten most expensive streets in Kenilworth revealed

The ten most expensive streets to buy a house in Kenilworth have been revealed.

Property Solvers has released the rundown using HM Land and Registry data.

The top ten uses the average price of properties sold since 2020 to see whether the highest-priced homes are.

The data shows Southbank Road is the most expensive street in the town, with an average price of £922,772 across the properties sold in the last five years.

This was followed by Stanley Drive (£837,496) and then Amherst Road (£833,333).

The same date also showed the annual price of houses sold in Kenilworth in 2025 is £440,126. Nub News recently revealed the town is the most expensive place in Warwickshire to buy a house currently.

The data also showed between 40 and 60 properties are sold in the town in the average month.

  2. Stanley Drive - £837,496
  3. Amherst Road - £833,333
  4. New Street - £820,000
  5. Fieldgate Lane - £810,963
  6. Bullimore Grove - £805,964
  7. Manor Road - £789,634
  8. Gloster Drive - £776,250
  9. Southfield Drive - £759,000
  10. Casita Grove - £758,333
