Details of Kenilworth's 2024 Christmas Market have been announced by Kenilworth Town Council and CJ's Events Warwickshire.

The council is hosting the day of gifts, food and drink, and community stalls in Abbey End on Saturday 7 December between 10am and 4pm.

There will also be live music from Year 13 Students of Kenilworth School and some festive themed games for the younger ones.

And there will also be a visit from Father Christmas.

Warwick District Council has also approved a full day of free parking in its off-street car parks in the town.

The council said the event is organised in support of Small Business Saturday as it encourages residents to buy their gifts in the "wonderful small businesses within the town".

Organisers said: "Join us for a magical day at the Kenilworth Christmas Market! Taking place from 10am to 4pm, this festive event is being held in collaboration with Kenilworth Town Council.

"Visitors will be treated to an array of arts, crafts, and local produce - perfect for gift shopping and enjoying the holiday atmosphere!

"Discover one-of-a-kind handmade items, there's something for everyone. Don't miss out on the cosy festive vibes, and bring the whole family for a fun day out!"
