Here are our top picks for the coming days.

1. Tour of Britain

Locals are being encouraged to line the streets on Friday (September 5) as the Tour of Britain Men returns to Warwickshire.

Stage four of the race will see some of the world's top riders head from Atherstone to Burton Dassett Country Park.

The longest stage of the race - at 116.2 miles - will start at 10.30am, taking in Ansley, Shustoke, and Fillongley, before heading through Bedworth and Bulkington, then heading south via Brinklow to skirt Rugby and go through Dunchurch.

The day's intermediate sprint will come after 85km of racing on Rugby Road in Cubbington, before the climbing starts in the second part of the stage, with the first categorised climb at Friz Hill, between Wellesbourne and Compton Verney.

From Kineton the route heads south to Shipston-on-Stour before reaching Burton Dassett Hills Country Park.

2. Kenilworth Half Marathon

There is more sporting action to enjoy on Sunday (September 7) as the Kenilworth Half Marathon returns to town.

Once again, locals are encouraged to take to the streets to cheer on the hundreds of runners taking on the route.

The race will start at 9am on Warwick Road and take the runners to Kenilworth Castle before they head back along Rouncil Lane and to Beausale and back.

3. Talisman Fringe

It's the first Thursday of the month which means it is time for Talisman Fringe!

As autumn approaches, Talisman Theatre Fringe brings you a night of "captivating performances" centred around the power of change.

Through a blend of poetry, short plays, duologues and more, this month’s Fringe explores love, loss, growth and healing — and the "remarkable ways in which change shapes and defines us".

Head to the Holiday Inn tonight (September 4) for performances at either 7.30pm or 9pm.

More details here.

4. Cinema

There is lots on at the Talisman this weekend with cinema returning on Saturday (September 6).

This month's showing is 'A COMPLETE UNKNOWN' starring Timothée Chalamet.

The biopic charts the career of Bob Dylan and has been a smash hit with critics.
