1. Kenilworth Fringe

It's the first Thursday of the month which means Talisman Fringe returns to the Holiday Inn.

This month's theme is 'I, Spy' and as ever there are performances at 7.30pm and 9pm.

Organisers said: "It's Fringe time again and for the March Fringe we are exploring the secretive theme of "I, Spy". This is not a childhood game – but more a real world battle of wits, counter-intelligence and double-crossing.

"Join us as we present iconic Bond songs, some real life tales of spying and a couple of short plays inspired by secret agents, both comic and dramatic.

"Our cast for the evening include Ben Wellicome, Ben Ionoff, Sally Jolliffe, Amy Jolliffe, Elysia Sully and a few others yet to be unmasked.

"As always, the 7:30pm showing is very popular and regularly sells out, so booking early is advisable! Or why not join us for the 9pm slot after grabbing a drink from the bar first?"

More details here.

2. March Session

Kenilworth Abbey Field Folk Session returns to the Abbey Fields today.

"It's session time this week," organisers said.

"We've got exciting plans for this year, as I'm inviting guests to join us each month for tunes and songs."

This week the group will be joined by Lauren South, Ewan Cameron and Lewis Jones!

"The session room is comfy and acoustically pleasing, with plenty of tables for listeners to enjoy the session if they don't wish to play or sing," they added.
