Kenilworth's Tesco Express is open again following a break-in on Sunday morning (October 18).

Police were called to the Leyes Lane store as well as James Moore Jewellers in the early hours after both shops were targeted.

Tesco has confirmed to Nub News that its Kenilworth shop opened again on Monday.

"Our Kenilworth Leyes Lane Express store is open and trading as usual following a brief closure on Sunday," a spokesperson said.

"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused."

The break-ins happened between 4.25am and 5am.

James Moore is only open by appointment.

"Following a recent break-in, our store remains temporarily closed for a few days while we carry out the necessary repairs," a statement said.
