By James Smith 4th Jul 2026
Several pubs and venues across Kenilworth will be staying open until the early hours on Monday morning (July 6) to show England's World Cup clash against Mexico.
The Three Lions' round of 16 fixture at the Azteca Stadium will kick off at 1am, and Prime Minister Sir Kier Starmer has agreed to allow all pubs to stay open until 5am - even if they missed out on a temporary event notice.
The pub's in Kenilworth which have confirmed they are showing the game are:
- The Tiltyard
- Kenilworth Sporting Ground
- The Royal Oak
- The Lion
- The Wyandotte Inn
The Tiltyard said: "England are now into the final 16, and the games are getting tougher - so, let's give them as much support as we can.
"We'll be showing the Monday morning 1am game, but anyone that wants to watch MUST be in the pub before 11:30 pm.
"Please call the pub, 01926 851523, to book your place.
"Come on England!"
The Wyandotte said: "Indoor spaces are limited, so we highly recommend booking your table in advance.
"Please note: Entry will only be permitted before 1:00am, so make sure you arrive early to avoid missing kick-off!
"To book your table, call 01926 856167."
Other venues have also advised booking in advance.
