Kenilworth pub launches new summer menu alongside deli boards and tasting menu

A fresh new summer menu, an exclusive chef's tasting experience and a brand-new deli board concept have arrived at The Tiltyard, as the popular Kenilworth venue continues to build on its growing reputation as one of the town's leading food and drink destinations.
Owners Dave and Amanda Shipley have launched the new menus courtesy of head chef Daniel Kerr, who has created a seasonal offering that celebrates fresh ingredients, modern British cooking and relaxed dining.
The latest additions are designed to offer something for every occasion, whether it is a casual lunch with friends, a family meal or a special evening out.
One of the biggest introductions is Daniel's new tasting menu, available on Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings by advance booking.
The multi-course experience offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a carefully curated menu showcasing the kitchen's creativity and seasonal produce.
As the dishes will change throughout the year, diners can expect a different experience depending on when they visit. The tasting menu is priced at £50 per person and must be booked at least three days in advance.
"The idea is to give guests a real insight into our style of cooking," Daniel explained.
"Every course has a purpose and together they tell a story about the season we're in and the ingredients that are at their very best.
"We want people to leave having experienced something memorable, rather than just another meal out."

Also making their debut are The Tiltyard's new deli boards, giving diners the opportunity to build their own sharing platter by choosing five items for £20.
Designed to be enjoyed over drinks with family and friends, the boards feature a selection of meats, cheeses, seafood, breads and homemade accompaniments, offering a more informal dining experience that's perfect for summer.
The refreshed summer menu also introduces a range of seasonal dishes alongside The Tiltyard's much-loved pub classics, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and fresh flavours.
Diners can also choose from a variety of lighter dishes, salads, pasta and vegetarian options, ensuring there's something to suit every appetite.
Dave said the new menus represent The Tiltyard's continued journey to expand its food offering.
"From day one we've wanted The Tiltyard to be somewhere people can visit for any occasion," he said.
"Whether you're popping in for lunch, meeting friends after work, celebrating a birthday or planning a special date night, we want to offer something that feels a little bit different.
"These new menus give customers even more choice while showcasing the talent we have in the kitchen."
Amanda said the tasting menu is something the team has been keen to introduce for some time.
"Daniel is an incredibly talented chef and this gives him the chance to really showcase what he can do," she said.
"It's a dining experience rather than simply a meal, and because the menu evolves with the seasons, guests can come back and enjoy something new throughout the year."

Since taking over the venue, Dave and Amanda have worked to transform The Tiltyard into a destination for both food and entertainment, introducing regular live music, community events and an evolving food offering that has attracted visitors from across Warwickshire.
The new menus come hot on the heels of the successful return of Tiltfest in June and ahead of live music on July 25 in the form of Replay.
"We're always looking at ways to improve and give people another reason to visit," Amanda added.
"We've listened to what our customers enjoy, and these new menus build on that.
"Whether you're looking for exceptional food for a special occasion or simply somewhere welcoming to enjoy a relaxed meal, we think there's something here for everyone."
The new summer menu, deli boards and Chef Daniel Kerr's tasting menu are available now, with the tasting menu requiring advance booking.
