It has been all change at Mander Hadley Solicitors so far this year with lots of exciting new developments that have already taken place.

First launched in Coventry over a century ago, Mander Hadley is one of the "most well-established" firms of solicitors in the local area and boasts a history going backed over 120 years.

With an office on Warwick Road, the firm has a strong presence in Kenilworth, and with the launch of a new office space in Warwick this year, the firm is eager to expand even further in South Warwickshire. 

Staffing

A number of additions have joined the firm to strength its legal offering including lawyers in residential property and commercial property. In addition, the operational support services have received a major boost with the appointment of a new Compliance Manager, and an Associate Director of HR and Operations.

There is a big emphasis on training and development this year, with the firm looking to invest in the future talent by recruiting for three Trainee Solicitors to join its departments.

Mander Hadley Solicitors says it has improved its employee benefits to help attract new talent and reward its existing employees.

"The firm is constantly looking at new benefits especially around wellbeing and is currently working towards the Workplace Wellbeing Award," the team said.

Technology/Infrastructure

There has been a significant investment by the company this year in the IT systems to support digital transformation.

This includes an overhaul of its cloud-based system to "increase speed, efficiency and reliability", and a brand-new telephone system with headsets to ensure the best and most efficient customer service and ease of use for its staff.

Furthermore, a new HR system has been implemented supporting with absence/holiday management, policies and performance review, to replace the outdated and time-consuming paper based system.

Business

There has been "substantial" growth in many departments with lots of new matters and new clients coming in. There seems to be no sign of this slowing down any time soon.

This year Mander Hadley expanded its reach across Warwickshire with a new Warwick location to ensure it meets the needs of its clients. In addition, there are plans for future geographic growth throughout the region.
