Kenilworth gym partners with HYROX - classes starting this July
Fitness Worx is "proud" to officially announce an "exciting new partnership" with HYROX, the global fitness racing phenomenon that is taken the world by storm.
From July 7, HYROX classes will launch across all Fitness Worx gyms in Warwickshire, bringing members the ultimate training experience designed to build endurance, strength, and real-world fitness.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength training with endurance in a competition format suitable for all fitness levels.
Each event consists of eight rounds of functional workouts, each followed by a 1km run — it's the sport of fitness racing, and it's changing the way people train.
"Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting out, HYROX provides a structured, measurable, and highly motivating way to train with purpose" the team said.
A Milestone for Fitness Worx
As the largest independent gym chain in the UK, Fitness Worx is "over the moon" to be teaming up with HYROX.
"This partnership marks a huge step forward in our mission to provide cutting-edge training opportunities to our community — and we're doing it in a way that's both accessible and affordable," the Fitness Worx team added.
"From July 7, members can join HYROX-specific classes as part of their regular gym experience.
"That's right — included within the standard £44.95 monthly membership, making them the most affordable HYROX classes in Warwickshire.
"In addition to weekly classes, we'll also be running monthly HYROX simulation events at selected Fitness Worx locations.
"These simulations will give members the chance to test their progress, experience a real race-day atmosphere, and prepare for official HYROX events across the UK and beyond."
