Kenilworth locals will be able to find out more about plans to build thousands of new houses around the town at a public meeting later this month.

Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils are currently consulting residents on the new South Warwickshire Local Plan (SWLP) which will govern how the south of the county is developed for the next 25 years.

Residents are currently being asked to give feedback on 36 potential new development sites, including 12 possible new settlements.

A public meeting on the plans will be held at 11.30am on 15 February at the Kenilworth Methodist Church, Priory Road, CV8 1SB - hosted by Kenilworth Green Party.

The current SWLP consultation runs until March 7.
