A 15-year-old boy from Warwickshire who went missing last month has been found safe in Lewisham.

Warwickshire Police have been searching for Daniel Wawrzynczak since October 23 when he was reported missing from his home in Chadshunt, near Gaydon.

The force eventually launched a nationwide appeal for information as the search continued.

But a statement today (November 9) confirmed he has been found safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeals to locate Daniel Wawrzynczak," it said.

"We're pleased to report the 15-year-old was found safe and well in Lewisham."
