Meet Warwickshire's new Great British Bake Off contestant

A 29-year-old from Warwickshire is one of the 12 new hopefuls looking to be crowned the Great British Bake Off series 16 champion.
Airing on Channel 4 this autumn, the new series will see the dozen amateur bakers go head to head to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.
Among them is Warwickshire's Toby Littlewood who works for a local fitness start-up.
Described as a "country boy" at heart, he grew up in the seaside town of Sidmouth with his three siblings and says he is now three years into a 'six month' home DIY renovation project in Shakespeare's county.
He and his girlfriend Syd live in Warwickshire with their rescue dog Bex.
He has a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and his training partner loves refuelling after a gruelling session on the mats with his strawberry cheesecake.
"Toby takes a stripped-back, healthy approach to baking, and tends to lean more towards classic recipes and flavours as he believes they are classics for a reason," Channel 4 said.
"But it's bread that is his real passion, baking something different every day."
