Man charged with drink driving after crashing into Leek Wootton roundabout

A 35-year-old man from Coventry was arrested at 9.15pm on Friday 14 June on suspicion of drink driving after crashing into the middle of a roundabout.

Police were called to a crash on Warwick Road, Leek Wootton where they found the vehicle in the middle of the island.

The driver failed a roadside breath test and was later charged with drink driving.

He will appear before Warwickshire magistrates on 3 July.
