A man has been arrested and charged in connection with several incidents that took place in Kenilworth over the weekend (Saturday 4 April).

The incident took place in the Oakley Road area of Kenilworth on Saturday.

Officers said the man has been charged for the following offences:

• Attempted theft from a motor vehicle

• Vehicle interference

• Going equipped

• Common assault

Officers from Kenilworth and Warwick Rural Police shared: "We'd like to remind residents to keep vehicles locked and ensure that all valuables are removed or kept out of sight to help prevent opportunistic crime.
