Kenilworth residents will no longer be vaccinated at the Warwickshire Golf Club, as the local Primary Care Network's vaccination centre is set to move.
Since December 14 Kenilworth and Warwick PCN has administered its Covid-19 vaccine programme from the Warwickshire Golf and Country Club in Leek Wootton.
The PCN covers Abbey, Castle, Avonside, Priory and Chase Meadow medical centres.
As of Saturday, April 17 appointments will be held at the Ramada Hotel, CV8 2LN. All appointments scheduled before that date will still take place at the Warwickshire.
However, texts sent this week to residents inviting them to book a vaccination may not yet contain this information.
A spokesperson from Abbey Medical Centre said: "We will be moving our Covid vaccination site on 17 April. If you are booked to receive your vaccine before this date please go to The Warwickshire Golf Club, CV35 7QT.
"If you are booked in after this date please go to the Ramada Hotel, CV8 2LN. Due to system constraints the text message you receive when booking may not be updated with this information.
"We are now inviting patients over the age of 45 to receive their vaccination along with anyone who had their first 11-12 weeks ago. Please look out for the text or phone call if you have not given your surgery an updated mobile number."
The PCN's programme continues to run alongside the mass vaccination site at Stoneleigh Park. Recent statistics indicated that across the Warwick District, over 55% of adults had now received a first dose.
The move to a new venue for Kenilworth and Warwick PCN was expected.
Speaking in March he said: "We are now looking at alternative venues to help find a new venue for administering the vaccines.
"We envisage to be vaccinating into the winter, we still have thousands and thousands of people to vaccinate both first and second doses, so that will take us up until July in this area.
"And then with the variants of Covid-19 there will probably be a booster jab needed to tackle these that will probably come in the autumn."
