Kenilworth's historic water tower has been put up for sale for offers over £1.25million.

Now a four-bed home, the Tainters Hill property was originally a windmill and is thought to date back to the mid 1700's.

It was converted into a water tower in 1885 and then into living accommodation in 1973.

The property is currently on the market with Tyron Ash Real Estate - stars of Mega Mansion Hunters on Channel Four.

With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two reception rooms, the water tower is split over seven floors.

The agents said: Tyron Ash are proud to present this extremely unique, modern, and luxurious property that sits above Kenilworth's town.

"The Water Tower provides a bespoke fitted circular kitchen with a spacious dining and living area off the side. Four double bedrooms, a study, and a luxurious family bathroom.

"There is a very large patio suited off the first floor. On the fifth floor, there is a balcony with panoramic views over Kenilworth and Warwickshire.

"This unique property sits on a third of an acre plot with a garage and ample parking for six cars."

Tyron Ash will be hosting an open day on March 5, and a gallery of images is available at the top of this page.
