A commercial building in the centre of Kenilworth is set to go under the hammer next week.

Loveitts will next week auction off the building at The Square which is home to a local nail salon.

The business - Five Star Nails - remains open as usual and will not be impacted by the sale.

With a guide price of £395,000 to £425,000, the unit also includes two flats split over two floors.

The brochure says the retail space and accommodation currently bring in £33,000 in rent annually.

"The property benefits from recently fitted double glazing and electrical upgrades to both shop and flats, plus new central heating systems to both flats," it added.

"Mixed commercial and residential investment opportunity in the heart of Kenilworth.

"Located on the main high street running through the town.

"Potential for other options such as dividing and separating the units, subject to title and leases."

The building has been on the market for a number of months with other property agents.

The auction will take place at 6.30pm at the Village Hotel, Canley, Coventry on Tuesday 6 February.
