Local businesses will once again come together to host a community day on Castle Hill this summer.

Venues on the street near Kenilworth Castle held their first Castle Hill Fest during the coronation celebrations in May.

And following the success of the first event, it will return for a second instalment on Monday, August 28.

Running from 10am to 7pm, businesses on the street - including Time for Tea, Morning Sunshine, Harringtons on the Hill and The Clarendon Arms - are taking part, with food and drink, music, activities and fun fair rides on offer.

There will be more than double the number of stalls from last time, with 25 local firms taking part to sell arts, crafts, homeware, and food.

Businesses on the street will be running their shops as normal.

Organiser Owen Prosser-Stock took to social media to say: "Only seven weeks to go until our second Castle Hill Fest this year!

"We are so excited it was such a great day back in May."

Local businesses are now being encouraged to get in touch, if they would like a stand at the event.

For more information, head to the Time for Tea website here.

Time for Tea has also recently announced six weeks of street food events throughout the summer holidays.
