A planning application for the home at Kenilworth Manor Nursing Home has been submitted by Clarendon Care Services Ltd.

In 2022 an application for a four-bed house and dementia garden at the Thickthorn Close site was thrown out by Warwick District Council.

Permission was last year signed off for the building to be turned partly into a house and partly into an aparthotel.
