Here are the biggest local planning stories from the past week.
Cocktail Bar's Future?
A former Kenilworth wine bar could be split into a house and hotel accommodation if plans are signed off by Warwick District Council.
A planning application has been submitted for the former 'The Kenilworth' on Warwick Road which could see part of the business turned back into a cottage.
If approved, number 61 would be turned back into a house, while numbers 59 and 63 would serve as hotel accommodation.
Industrial Site Reappears
A fresh application has been submitted for a major new industrial site around Coventry Airport.
Landowner SEGRO was granted planning permission to develop the 91 acres of land in 2019, but planning permission has since lapsed.
This formed part of a much wider development in the area.
Mast Plans Blocked
Plans to install a 5G mast in Balsall Common have been thrown out by council planners.
Communications firm Cornerstone had applied for permission for the 17.5 metre-high mast on Kenilworth Road, but Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has blocked the scheme.
Plans show the monopole would have had six antennas and two transmission dishes.
