A fresh application has been submitted for a major new industrial site around Coventry Airport.
Landowner SEGRO was granted planning permission to develop the 91 acres of land in 2019, but planning permission has since lapsed.
This formed part of a much wider development in the area.
A fresh application to Warwick District Council for the 'land at gateway south' shows the industrial site would be built across two parcels of land.
However, the application actually gives very little information of the format of the new units, simply saying 181,009 square metres of commercial floorspace will be created.
"The application is made in outline and therefore the detailed designs for the site and buildings are not known at this stage," it explained.
"In the usual way, these details will follow through reserved matters submissions, upon receipt of a planning consent."
SEGRO has already completed a huge amount of construction on site with four major industrial units now completed.
The first two are occupied by DHL and DP World and the other two are yet to be purchased.
"This outline planning application is, therefore, essentially a confirmation of the scheme already consented," the application continued.
"It does not seek to change any element of the existing permission, including the established parameters, infrastructure provision or type and form of development.
"It is submitted to ensure that the entire Gateway South scheme can be delivered in full, as originally intended and already consented.
"A new outline consent would enable Reserved Matters submissions to be made for the remaining plots."
