A Kenilworth park has been earmarked for investment by the district council, and locals are being given a say on its future.

Warwick District Council has announced that Glendale Avenue Park will benefit from improvement work and is urging as many younger residents as possible to give feedback on the plans.

The survey asks residents how frequently they use the park and then what equipment and features they would like to see there.

A WDC statement said: "To ensure that your local park is successfully revitalised, Warwick District Council need your help and input to ensure that the improvements to the park reflect the local community's aspirations and needs, both in the short term and the long term.

"It is especially important to the council that younger members of our community engage with this survey, and it is hoped that younger children can be assisted by an adult to complete the survey.

"The survey will not take longer than 15 minutes to complete and is vital to the success of the project.

"Many thanks for helping us to make our parks great places for everyone to enjoy!"
