One of Kenilworth's longest established beauty salons is looking for a professional therapist to make the most of its newly refurbished treatment room.

Rumours Hair and Beauty has recently completed a major makeover, turning a room at the side of the salon into a dedicated treatment area. 

After several weeks of work at the Oaks Precinct salon, a new colour room, where the team mix bespoke colours for their clients, has also been completed.

And now owner Lesley Huus has a great opportunity for local therapists to start using the new treatment room.

"This is an ideal space, beautifully appointed for therapist and their clients to enjoy" she said. 

"It could either be dedicated to one therapist as their own room rented for the whole week or a daily rate for different therapists. We also have chairs to rent in the salon so it could suit a someone who does hair and beauty.

"The room rent is negotiable depending on the days required, and we are happy to be flexible."

The treatment room's makeover has seen everything from décor, lighting and flooring replaced, with new furnishings, a multi-position electric treatment couch and other equipment also included in the price.

Lesley said she was delighted with the new concept.

"We have created the best possible layout for the salon, and it made the most sense to move the therapy room to the much larger, quieter space at the side," she added.

"This is a brilliant addition to the salon, and we are really looking forward to being able to offer more for our wonderful clients."

As well as offering the usual hairdressing services - such as specialist cuts, foils, Balayage, special occasion hair styles - Rumours has also now introduced keratin hair straightening treatments, hair extensions and weaves.

Rumours is also proud to stock professional products such as Aveda, Bumble and bumble and ghd which all provide ongoing support and collaboration, perfect for offering clients the latest products.
