A Kenilworth gym has continued to expand its offering as it welcomes a mindfulness and hypnotherapy therapist.

Denise Cole, who has now joined the team at Curves Kenilworth, works with ladies on a one to one basis as well as in group sessions.

She is offering all new Curves members a taster session in mindfulness and / or hypnotherapy for weight management.

All Curves members also receive a discounted course rate.

Jane Westrope, Curves owner, says: "We are delighted to welcome such fantastic services into Curves.

"Giving our ladies the opportunity to try out these therapies with complimentary taster sessions is such a lovely benefit to having a membership with Curves.

"It's all about getting stronger and being healthier.

"We really are trying to provide our members services that compliment their Curves strengthening and cardio workouts as well as supporting other local businesses at the same time."

The ladies-only gym at Talisman Square has also recently welcomed two new coaches - Eleanor Bovill and Gina Francis - to its team.

Both ladies are fully qualified personal Curves trainers, specialising in female health.

Curves Kenilworth is a unique gym designed for women and its 30-minute full body workout can help you burn as many as 480 calories in one session.

The circuit workout is designed to build muscle and take you in and out of cardio and fat burning in just half an hour.
