The owner of a Kenilworth gym has said she is "delighted" to welcome on board two new coaches.

Both ladies are fully qualified personal Curves trainers, specialising in female health.

Eleanor, whose focus is resistance training technique, said: "I enjoy working closely with our members supporting them achieve their specific 'X factors' (as they're called at Curves) such as upper body toning, reshaping of whole body, core strength, increased flexibility to name a few.

"I work very closely with our members to ensure their resistance technique on the machines is perfect to really isolate those muscles."

Curves Kenilworth is a unique gym designed for women and its 30-minute full body workout can help you burn as many as 480 calories in one session.

And new coach Gina, who is also a trained Zumba coach, said she has great fun running the Zumba toning and boxing classes across the week.

"I've never worked anywhere where members receive such a personal and supportive service," she said.

She said Curves was the only sort of gym she wanted to run, and loves the personal service every client receives.

She said: "We are delighted to have Eleanor and Gina join us. Now we can provide further dedicated one-to-one-member specific coaching and guidance.

"Our ladies are loving the classes. Zumba toning causing lots of hilarity more than anything else.
