The Talisman Theatre's new monthly fringe night will return on Thursday, June 2 for its second instalment.

With the first night hailed a success by organisers, the theatre said is it excited to invited audiences back to the Holiday Inn for the second addition.

The night, which costs just £5 a ticket, will feature two short comedies sandwiching a performance by up-and-coming singer-songwriter Dan Barrie.

The plays are the award winning Eternity by Elan David Garonzik, which takes a light-hearted look at how things really happen when we arrive at the Pearly Gates.

Garonzik has created two wonderful characters and humorous dialogue that make this a play audiences will really enjoy.

The second play of the evening is The Sweet Smell of Lemon by Simon Birkbeck.

Mr McKinnon is taking Brendan, his new recruit through the all-important sales technique. This comedy was one of the finalists in the 2014 Pint-sized Plays Script Slam

Whilst Dan Barrie, who is described as a "gifted guitarist and talented storyteller", will bring his acoustic pop, folk rock and blues to the Holiday Inn stage.

TalismanFringe audiences can see the show at the Holiday Inn, Kenilworth for the hour-long performances starting at 7.30pm or at 9pm.

The programme is the same at both performances.

Tickets are £5 and can be booked online at www.talismantheatre.co.uk or on the night.
