Kenilworth Town Council

Local firms are being asked to share their ideas on how to make Kenilworth an even better place to do business by the town council.

Warwick District Council

Kenilworth councillors were split over a decision to approve a new budget for the swimming pools in Abbey Fields.

Warwick District Council's former headquarters has now been sold to Homes England, the local authority has announced.

Councillors have backed Warwick District Council's plans to join forces with the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) to push forward a gigafactory at Coventry airport – but they insist the region must not lose out. 

Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils are launching a new service to help residents to recycle used coffee pods.

Motorists will have to pay more for their parking in Kenilworth from January 2 2024, after the district council unanimously backed plans to put up prices.

Warwickshire County Council

Warwickshire County Council is set to make a formal complaint against its own auditors Grant Thornton over delays to certifying the authority's 2018-19 accounts.

Councillors are concerned that small businesses are getting priced out by rent hikes of up to 75 per cent from Warwickshire County Council. 

Plans that include standing down on-call fire services at six Warwickshire stations will go out to public consultation in December amid a backlash from residents.

Plans to build speed bumps and introduce a 20mph speed zone around the new Kenilworth School have been signed off.

The latest update on the £38 million A46 Stoneleigh Island works has been released.
