A closing Kenilworth café is now on the market, having closed over the weekend.

Milk & Mocha announced at the start of July it would be closing this summer after nearly three years in the town.

The unit on Warwick Road shut on Sunday 31 August and is now being marketed by property agents Loveitts.

It is available for rent for £1,500 per month and is "suitable for a variety of uses".

The brochure describes the property by saying: "The premises are currently configured as a café/restaurant and benefit from a prominent and expansive glazed shop frontage onto Warwick Road, providing excellent visibility and natural light.

"Internally, the accommodation is largely open-plan, suitable for a variety of retail or hospitality uses, subject to the necessary consents. Ancillary accommodation includes preparation and storage areas to the rear."

While Milk & Mocha has not given any specific details, it has said it will return in a "new shape and form".

Ahead of the closure Farida Butt said: "The countdown is on… only a few more days until we close on 31 August!

The café opened on Warwick Road in November 2022 after the owners rebranded their previous business Delightful Desserts.
