Kenilworth boutique on the lookout for donations ahead of popular charity fashion show

A Kenilworth boutique is on the lookout for donations as it prepares to take part in a long-running charity fashion show this spring.
Pre-loved Emporium - which opened in Millar Court in 2020 - is one of the many local businesses taking part in the Bodies & Co Fashion Show 2025, which will take place at The Spa Centre on Thursday 3 April and Friday 4 April.
Shop manager, Katie Best is helping to organise the final walk of the night, and is looking for locals to donate any unwanted evening wear to help dress the models.
"It is a huge fundraiser and we are delighted to be involved," Katie told Nub News.
"We are dressing all the models for the finale - 14 children and 29 adults, men and women, of all different shapes and sizes - in evening wear.

"We are looking for donations of evening wear in sizes six to 20, if people have anything they can give.
"The children's can be more summer dresses and shirts than that formal."
The Bodies & Co show, which has been run for over 40 years by Jenni Fuller, will this year be raising money for the GAP Community Centre in Warwick, Cancer Research and the Samaritans.
Tucked away next to My Greek Station in Millar Court near Waitrose, Pre-loved Emporium has been raising money for the Samaritans since it opened, with Katie herself having supported the charity for over 20 years.
She said it is more important than ever to raise funds for the organisation right now.

"The mental health crisis is worse than ever now, especially following Covid," Katie continued.
"The Samaritans are there to help people 24/7, 365 days a year.
"They need funds to train volunteers and keep the service going. They are busier than ever."
On an evening where "style meets compassion" the fashion show in April is set to be a fantastic night, with the inclusive event promising "an unforgettable night of fashion, fun, and giving back".

Last year the event raised £12,000 and tickets can be purchased in store at Pre-loved Emporium now for the 2025 shows.
And Katie - who has been involved over the past few years - encouraged as many locals as possible to book their seat.
"It is a really good night, really fun," she explained.
"Everything is well rehearsed, done to music, and there is a slight comedy element too.
"It is a really great night out. There is a raffle and the bar of course, and all the local boutiques get involved.
"It is really nice to see people come together.
"And of course, the more tickets we sell, obviously the more money we raise for the charities."

Tickets - which are available in store at Pre-loved Emporium - cost £16 and are nearly sold out for the Friday night.
And to donate any clothes for the night, head to Pre-Loved Emporium in Millar Court.
