An independent Kenilworth estate agent is hiring as the business continues to expand.

Julie Philpot Residential is looking to recruit a "super all rounder" to join the team at its Bridge Street headquarters.

Having been launched by Julie Philpot in 2019 the business has gone from strength to strength.

In January Donna McCamphill was announced as its new director, with Julie promising more expansion plans to come throughout 2022.

And now the business - which is also sponsoring the Thorns Scarecrow Trail - is looking for a customer service advisor and administrator to come on board.

The job advert said: "Due to the continuing success of this busy family-owned and independent estate agency in Kenilworth we are looking to recruit a super 'all rounder' to join us.

"You will provide customer and client support and a variety of office administration tasks, therefore excellent computer skills and knowledge are essential, plus the ability to communicate will in person and on the telephone."

Applicants need not have estate agency experience as training will be provided.

If you would like to apply for this role, please contact Julie by email with your c.v attached to: [email protected]
