How much does a house in Kenilworth cost?

Kenilworth is the second-most expensive town in Warwickshire to buy a house, according to new data released by HM Land Registry.

Average house prices sold in each town in the county in the 12 months leading up to December 2025 show only homes in Stratford-upon-Avon cost more on average than in Kenilworth.

Figures show the average price for houses sold in Kenilworth last year was £443,148.

Of these, more semi-detached homes were sold - for an average price of £412,876.

Detached houses were bought for an average of £615,678 and terraces for £339,400.

The last time Nub News looked at this data - in November - Kenilworth was top of the list.

The average property price across Warwickshire was £359,211.

The data shows the average property price in Kenilworth has dropped by one per cent compared to the year before.
