Hotel and training centre applies to extend restaurant

A local hotel has applied for planning permission to extend its restaurant.
Make UK has submitted the application to Warwick District Council for the works at Woodland Grange.
If approved, the hotel and residential training centre on Old Milverton Lane would see a "modest single storey ground floor" extension built.
Plans state the works will see the "re-arrangement of existing facilities to promote inclusive design for all users".
The application says it includes "a design which considers in depth the immediate and surrounding rich context/existing buildings".
Woodland Grange is a Victorian building in a mock-tudor style but has been extended in the 20th and 21st centuries already.
The application continues: "There is an increase in demand from organisations supporting the needs of disabled people and Woodlands Grange falls under this category and would also be of assistance.
"This is the prime driver for the further investment in the business opportunities to deliver services to all members of the community."
