A former aesthetic medicine clinic in Kenilworth is now on the market after closing its doors last month.

Having opened for the first time in April 2023, Shine Medical Cosmetic Clinic shut its doors in March this year.

"Due to unforeseen change in personal circumstances, we have decided to close the clinic," a statement from the clinic to Nub News said.

And now the unit on Warwick Road has appeared on the market once again, available for rent through local property agent Bromwich Hardy.

The brochure says the unit is available for an annual rent of £9,600.

It is simply described as a "lock up shop unit - manual security shutters to front door and shop window, laminate floor and suspended ceiling with inset lighting to shop. Kitchen with double drainer sink unit plus storage area."
