Closed Kenilworth bank now on the market

A Kenilworth bank which closed its doors earlier this year is now on the market.
Lloyds shut its local branch in April as part of a nationwide axing of 45 branches.
Since then the signs on the unit at The Square have been removed and the ATM boarded up.
And now the premises is on the market with local agent EHB Reeves for rent at £3,333 per month.
The brochure says: "The property is of late Victorian construction, surmounted by a pitched roof, and has been extended at ground floor level to the rear, with access from the Abbey End Car Park.
"The ground floor benefits from a large 10.72m shop frontage facing the high street, and the potential for a generous open plan retail area, benefitting from some air conditioning.
"The property being formerly home to Lloyds Bank has a strong room behind the stairwell to the first floor.
"Further ground floor accommodation includes an office, stores and both male and female WCs."

The first floor also has five rooms currently used for an office, kitchen, storage and staff room.
A car park to the rear has space for 10 vehicles.
Since Lloyds closed a temporary banking hub opened in Kenilworth Library allowing locals to access all the major banks in one place.
Plans have since been revealed to create a permanent hub in Talisman Square.
