A busy Kenilworth road is set to close for a month for HS2 works.

Crackley Lane will shut again on October 19 in the latest string of closures for high speed rail works.

The road will reopen again on November 15.

It will be closed between Blind Lane, Cryfield Grange Road and South Hurst Farm.

"We will remove the plant crossing and carry out associated repair works to the nearby lay-bys and drainage," HS2 said.

Locals have been told to expect "increased levels of construction activity and some disruption to your travel times".

The closure comes as Dalehouse Lane remains closed until next year and Cromwell Lane is shut until the end of October.
