Two men have given a new meaning to the phrase 'a brush with the law' after being arrested in Stoneleigh in possession of hundreds of toothbrush heads believed to be stolen from a Leamington shop.

Roads Policing Units stopped two 24-year-old men yesterday (Monday, November 30) to find that they were in possession of hundreds of toothbrush heads, that are believed to have been stolen from a Leamington shop.

A spokesperson from Warwickshire Police has said the men were "stopped by officers from the Roads Policing Unit on the A46 near Stoneleigh yesterday afternoon.

"The officers seized hundreds of pounds worth of toothbrush heads believed to have been stolen from a shop in Parade, Leamington.

"The men, from Bidford-on-Avon and London, were arrested on suspicion of theft and remain in custody."
