tastelifeUK is an amazing national registered charity based here in Kenilworth that is literally bringing life-transforming help and hope for those affected by eating disorders or difficult relationships with food.

They support their families as well.

They do this through Community Recovery Courses, with over 2,500 people having attended so far, and 86 per cent reporting big steps forward in their journeys to recovery.

tastelife also provide Prevention work for young people in schools and youth groups; and training about eating issues so those interested can respond well with understanding and compassion.

One recent recovery course participant said: "This course has helped me so much I can't even begin to express how grateful I am.

"Before starting this course I was completely lost and truly believed I would end up losing my life to this illness eventually, but thanks to tastelife I can now see light at the end of the tunnel and I know that recovery is possible for me too!"

This year the tastelife team need your support to raise £70,000 so that they can keep going and help even more people in 2026.

They are doing a sponsored swimathon equal to the length of Loch Ness - that's 36km!

To support them, please give now via the Big Give Christmas Challenge where every donation gets doubled by the magic of match funding!

They would be so grateful if you would please hit the link and donate now. The magic only works for this week so donate BEFORE midday 9 December here now.

Every penny counts right now, so let the doubling commence! Donate here.
