The Clock Tower Cafe in Kenilworth is set to reopen its doors this November for the first time in over four months.

The cafe, at the bottom of the Holiday Inn, closed on June 24 as the hotel was used for travellers quarantining from red list countries.

The hotel reopened to the public on October 22 and has been "very busy" since reopening according to hotel staff.

Next month's cafe reopening comes almost two years to the day since the coffee shop first opened, having served its first paying customer on October 31 2019 after the Starbucks unit closed.

Clock Tower Cafe has also told residents to keep its eyes open for "more announcements" on its social media over the coming days.

A post on the cafe's Facebook page said: "We are overjoyed to announce that the Clock Tower Cafe Kenilworth will be opening its doors again on Monday 1 November.

"We will be open from 9am 'til 4pm daily and can't wait to welcome you through our doors.

"Keep an eye on our social media over the coming days for more announcements."
