Kenilworth & District Soroptimists will be busy 'Oranging ' the world - or Kenilworth at least as part of the UN 16 Days of Activism to End Gender Based Violence – 25^th November to 10^th December 2024.

'Orange' is a cheerful colour and every year we hope for better things for Women & girls.  We are aiming over the 16 Days to highlight the impact of Violence against Women and Girls both locally and nationally in the UK by holding a number of 'Orange' events here in Kenilworth. The global theme this year is Prevention and so we are also supporting the White Ribbon Campaign www.whiteribbon.org.uk

Some of our other events in Kenilworth during the 16 Days –

·        Monday 25^th – Come and Sign the White Ribbon Pledge in Talisman Square

·        Monday 25^th to 10^th December – View our Orange Display in Kenilworth Library and in Milk & Mocha

·        Friday 29^th to Sunday 30^th – Vote for our Christmas Tree, St Nicholas Church

·        Friday 29^th – Spend + win fantastic prizes at our Tombola at the Christmas Lights 'Switch On' in the High Street. Money raised will support women experiencing abuse.
