The croquet lawns at Crackley Lane have been packed this summer, Kenilworth Tennis, Squash and Croquet Club (KTSCC) has said.

Both internal competitions and the West Midlands Federation league matches both home and away have been held in the past few weeks.

KTSCC also enjoyed friendlies against Sapcote, Northampton, and Worcester Norton — thanks to Pauline Harvey for organising.

The summer continues with more finals and a full August including the Ladies Competition, "July Level" (yes, in August!), and the second Doubles Competition.

On July 27, the annual Tennis, Squash and Padel competition brought healthy rivalry, with each team playing four matches.

Congratulations to Team Padel, who emerged victorious this year.

The day was fuelled by camaraderie — and plenty of tea and cake.

"Many thanks to our croquet members for their support and guidance on the day," KTSCC said.
