A Kenilworth estate agent has unveiled its new director as it continues to expand just two years after launching.
Donna McCamphill has been appointed a new director at Julie Philpot Residential.
The estate agents, which launched in 2019, has gone from strength to strength in that period, despite the pandemic, and Donna's appointment is the latest announcement.
Founder Julie Philpot said she was "delighted" by the news and thanked the continued support of clients and other local businesses.
"Julie Philpot as a business also continues to grow and I am thrilled and delighted to share with you all that Donna Camphill has accepted our offer to become a director of the business. That is wonderful news.
"I'd also like to say thank you to all of our wonderful clients, local solicitors and professional contacts who have helped to make this year such a tremendous success for us."
Julie also gave a teaser about more announcements to come.
She added: "I will also have news for expansion in 2022 but that will follow in the new year."
And despite the end of the stamp duty holiday in September 2021 Julie Philpot Residential continues to be busy as ever.
"Business wise the news is all positive and the housing market remains strong. I am pleased to report that I expect this to continue into the new year," she said.
"We have lots of houses ready for the Boxing Day browsers - as I call them - and have lots of properties ready to come online in the new year."
