A yellow weather warning has been issued for Kenilworth today (January 2) with meteorologists warning of more wet weather and strong winds.

The Met Office has put the two warnings in place until 9pm tonight, with disruption to travel predicted.

Meteorologists have put the warning in place for the whole of the south of England, as well as much of Wales and the Midlands.

Flooding of a few homes and businesses is "possible" and bus and train services are expected to be impacted.

Some "short term loss of power and other services" is also possible.

Some flooding alerts are also in place across the region.
