Here are our top picks for the coming days:

1. Wait Until Dark

Running from 7 September to 17 September at the Priory Theatre.

A sinister con man is about to meet his match. He has traced the location of a mysterious doll to the Notting Hill apartment of Sam Henderson and his blind wife, Susy.

Sam has been persuaded by a strange woman to transport the doll from Amsterdam, not knowing that something deadly has been sewn inside.

When the woman is murdered the situation becomes more urgent. The con man convinces Susy that the police have implicated Sam in the woman's murder, and the doll, which she believes is the key to his innocence, is evidence.

2. Bridge View Light Railway

The Bridge View Light Railway will be open this weekend as part of the Heritage Open Days scheme.

The BVLR is a heritage themed miniature railway along the River Sowe in Baginton Village.

"This year we're exhibiting the engineering inside our trains, built from the mid 20th-century to the latest designs."

3. Darkside

Saturday 17 September 7.30pm at the Albany Theatre.

Darkside, The Pink Floyd Show, performing the music of Britain's greatest progressive rock band, makes a welcome return with an evening of classic Pink Floyd.

After 17 years of touring, playing at theatres across the UK, seven musicians will deliver a show with empathy and passion playing tracks from Pink Floyd's massive back-catalogue, from the early magical days of founder Syd Barrett through to later iconic albums, renowned for their complex structures.

More details here.

4. The House Party

The House Party radio show returns to the Ale Rooms Kenilworth to host their third big charity event, this time in support of mental health charity, UK Men's Sheds Association.

Once again, the whole evening will be broadcast live on Just House Music Radio and can be listened to as it happens on the major streaming channels including, Amazon Alexa, Apple Music, TuneIn or straight from their website justhousemusic.co.uk.

The House Party team were performing over in Solihull last weekend and visit Northampton in October so the opportunity to catch them in Kenilworth is not to be missed.

Justhousemusic presenter and headliner, MIX5TA said: "The Solihull party was fantastic; the crowd were great and I know the other Dj's are really excited to be returning to Kenilworth again this weekend because the crowd was so good last time."

A suggested donation of £5 can be made on the door to join DjRoss Moran, MIX5TA , Dj Vy and Dj Matt Despilia for an evening of house sounds.
