Totalling just over 20 acres, the land on Hill Wootton Road, Hill Wootton is for sale by tender, with a deadline of November 3.

The larger of the two is 18.47 acres and is available for £295,000.

The second - at 1.81 acres - is on the market for offers over £60,000.
