Locals have until Tuesday 3 September to have their say on updated plans for the new Wetherspoon pub in Kenilworth.
The pub giant submitted an updated licence application last month, some two years after first announcing the new venue.
Already with planning permission to turn the former Poundland unit at the Square into a new pub, work on site is still yet to start.
And while a licence application was granted in November 2022, Wetherspoon has now submitted updated plans to Warwick District Council for approval.
The latest submission states the chain wants to relocate the bar, wash up area, bottle store and accessible toilet on the ground floor, from what has already been agreed.
Meanwhile on the first floor customer and staff facilities are being redesigned, the customer area could be removed and the 'double height void to the rear' also left out.
"The variation is to have effect upon completion of the works," the application said.
"There are no other changes to the premises licence."
This is the second time Wetherspoon has applied to amend its licence application.
Following speculation on social media earlier this year that the plans were being shelved, the chain was also forced to confirm it still intends to open in Kenilworth.
An opening date is still yet to be confirmed.
If approved, the amended licence would still allow Wetherspoon to serve alcohol from 8am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday and from 8am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Late openings would also be allowed on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and Sundays before a bank holiday.
Locals have until September 3 to comment on the latest plans.
